Babies and Toddlers
We run a crèche during the main services on Sunday mornings. The crèche room is open when the services start at 9.00am and 11.00am and is staffed from 9.15 and 11.15am respectively by CRB checked volunteer Church members, so that parents can stay in the main service if they wish.
Stepping Stones
Stepping stones is a group for parents to bring their babies/toddlers and meet other parents. We aim to provide a safe, relaxing environment for the children to play. It runs on a Wednesday (term time only) from 10am until midday. The cost is £1 per family.
We do have a waiting list, so please contact the church office if you would like to come to see what we do before adding your name to the list.
We are very sorry, we are unable to accommodate childminders or nannys.
Children
JTS (Jesus’ Training Squad) takes place each Sunday for children from the age of 3 to school year 6. They start off in the later of the two morning services at 11.00am then move out to the JTS room where they remain until the end of the service.
During the week children from school years 2 - 6 can come and be part of the CREW which is on Tuesday evening during term time, running from 6.30-7.30pm.
We would love to see your children at either or both of these activities.
4G (school years 7 - 13)
An exciting way for young people to get involved in Church and the community.
4G is:
4G means:
Young people GETTING loads of teaching and encouragement, GROWING in faith and in wisdom, GIVING back their gifts and talents to the Church and community, and GOING out into the world as disciples of Jesus Christ.
4G includes:
| • | Sunday morning teaching for school years 7 to 13, centred on the Bible, discipleship, and big questions of faith, |
| • | Sunday evening teaching for school years 10 - 13, called USB (Ultimate Spiritual Battlers), going deeper into the Bible together, praying, and growing in discipleship, |
| • | Friday Night Project, twice a month, from 7:30-9:30, a safe space for young people (school years 10 - 13) to hang out and chill together. |
| • | Special Events: 4G have various social events during the year - see the events page for details and also the 4G calendar. |
4G only happens because there is a willing team of volunteers supporting and praying for the young people!
